What we collect

When you sign in with Google, Lumen receives your verified email address, display name when available, and Google account identifier. We use these details to create and secure your Lumen account.

When you buy Lumen, we store the payment provider, order identifier, amount, currency, payment status, and the premium entitlement connected to your account. We do not receive or store your card number, bank password, or QR payment credentials.

When the Mac app connects, we store a pseudonymous device identifier, device name, app version, and last-seen time. This is used to enforce the limit of two active devices per account.

How we use it

• Sign you in and keep your account secure.
• Create and verify one-time purchases through Lemon Squeezy or PayOS.
• Grant, maintain, or revoke your Lumen Premium entitlement.
• Manage active devices, prevent fraud, and provide support.

Lumen does not sell your personal information and does not use it for advertising profiles. Lamp and timer preferences are kept locally by the app unless a future feature clearly says otherwise.

Services we use

Google provides sign-in, Lemon Squeezy and PayOS process payments, Vercel serves the website and API, Payload manages the product catalog, and Neon hosts the application database. Each service receives only the information needed for its role and handles data under its own terms and privacy policy.

Cookies and storage

After sign-in, Lumen uses a secure session cookie so the website can recognize you. The session expires after 30 days or when you sign out. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party analytics on this site.

Retention and your choices

We keep account, order, and entitlement records for as long as needed to provide the product, handle refunds and disputes, and meet accounting or legal obligations. Device sessions remain until you revoke them or they are replaced. You can ask to access, correct, or delete personal information where applicable by emailing support@lumen.io.vn.

Changes

We may update this policy when Lumen or its payment and hosting setup changes. The date at the top shows the latest version. If a change materially affects how we use information, we will make that clear on the website.
